DM Pacific provides a wide range of services for our residential clients. Whether you want to demolish an existing structure and clear your property to build a new home, have repairs done, renovate, build an addition or new home, we are committed to working with you from start to finish.
Commercial
DM Pacific provides design and construction services for commercial property owners, tenants, hotels, and property management companies. We work with a vast network of product representatives, vendors, and suppliers to ensure that our clients' visions are realized using the best available products to fit their every need.

Government
Holding multiple license designations in addition to those automatically granted with the A and B licenses, DM Pacific has bid on and successfully completed various types of projects for City, State, and Federal agencies.
We retain licensed subcontractors and work closely with product manufacturers and their designated representatives to ensure that our work is performed per their specifications and requirement. For critical applications, we request that the manufacturers provide on-site representation and oversight of material and workmanship.
DM Pacific has successfully completed design/build projects for Hickam Air Force Base, the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, the Hawaiʻi State Department of Education, and City & County of Honolulu Department of Environmental Services.
